BATTERY BRAIN™ GOLD WITH WIRED PUSH BUTTON (TYPE IV)

TYPE IV Once easily installed on the vehicle’s positive battery terminal, all Battery Brain models monitor the battery charge to detect if the charge is being drained below the level required to start the engine (e.g. 12.1V).

If this occurs, Battery Brain works by disconnecting the battery from the vehicle’s electrical system, preventing further drainage and preserving enough charge to start the engine. Battery Brain Type IV comes with a wired manual switch, which can be mounted remotely, that activates the unit and reconnects the circuit to enable the vehicle to start.

The driver can also choose to disconnect the battery using the switch, providing an anti-theft device when leaving the vehicle as it cannot be started or hot-wired while Battery Brain is in disconnected mode. Type IV is ideal for commercial or fleet use.
